In August 2016, Karen provided a “Competition Mindset” workshop at the Ballroom Dancers Federation Amateur Latin elite training camp at JJ Dance Studios, with some of England’s finest young dancers.

CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP

In May 2022, Karen provided a Confidence Workshop for the ScotDanceNI programme, aimed at helping Scottish Highland Dancers in Northern Ireland.  The programme was sponsored by The Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the National Lottery.

The programme co-ordinator described it as “A truly educational and beneficial workshop” and one of the attendees answered “Really enjoyed it and it was very beneficial!”
